I was digging through some old photos for a portfolio project and I found these little gems hiding in the corner. Shot 1 is of a friend of mine named Jasmine, I think she's one of the kindest and happiest people I've ever met. Shot 2 is of my friend Phil. This is one of those rare moments in which he is actually happily chuckling to himself about something. For anyone in the Ventura area, Phil will be presenting some of his work (He's an old Navy photographer friend of mine) from Iraq at the Accolades art gallery in downtown Ventura. I believe it costs $10 to get in, but trust me it's well worth it. The last shot here is from a trip I took to Mexico with my friend Antoine back in April of last year. Even the Grim Reaper has trouble fending off the enthusiasm of the young!
